On Wednesday 15th May,2024, the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development. Hon. Eng. Charles L. Milupi gave remarks during the China-Zambia Infrastructure Development and Talent Empowerment Parallel Forum in Lusaka.
Organized by China-Jiangsu International Economic Cooperation, the Confucius Institute of the University of Zambia, and Sino-Zam College, it is Government’s firm belief that this Forum is in line with the New Dawn government’s economic recovery agenda through development of critical infrastructure.
Therefore, Hon Eng. Milupi took opportunity of the Forum to invite the Chinese partners to invest in the development of critical infrastructure and spur Zambia’s economic recovery agenda through the Public Private Partnership (PPP) financing model.
