Minister of Infrastructure, Housing, and Urban Development Charles Milupi has reaffirmed the government’s commitment to delivering quality public infrastructure through transparency and accountability.
Mr. Milupi has emphasised that infrastructure must not only be planned but must also be delivered with lasting impact, especially in rural and underserved communities.
The Minister was speaking in a speech read on his behalf by the Ministry’s Permanent Secretary, Albert Malama, at the official launch of the Construction Sector Transparency Initiative (CoST) Zambia in Lusaka today.
