President Hakainde Hichilema has taken a walk on the Chibuluma road in kitwe expressing his gratitude to everyone involved in the construction of the concrete road.
“Today is a great day demonstrating that we can pilot this type of building materials most of which are locally sourced” He said
The construction of the 7 kilometres of the Chibuluma road means economic expansion, demand, more jobs, business opportunities and more revenue to the tresurery, so that government could fund other sectors of the economy.
The Provincial Minister Mr. Elisha Matambo has congratulated the President for delivering the road to the people of kitwe and the mining community.
