The Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development has achieved a significant milestone in Luengwa Constituency, Monze District,Southern Province.
The government has partially handed over 2 dip tanks and a water reticulation system at Nakatuba Livestock Centre, marking a major step forward in the fight against livestock diseases and boosting cattle population.
The project, aimed at benefiting over 10,000 herds of cattle, is a testament to the government’s commitment to the livestock sector.
Ministry of Infrastructure,Housing and Urban Development Chief Engineer Eng. Charles Muthiya led the department to stress the importance
“We had assured the people of Luengwa Constituency that we are working tirelessly to improve their lives, and this project is a testament to that,” said Eng. Muthiya.
Mr. Arnold Malmo, Managing Director of Arma Investment, has hailed the government’s initiative, stating that the dip tanks were ready for usage and looking forward to more projects to strengthen the community.
