A bilateral meeting between Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo is underway at the ROTANA Hotel in Kinshasa,Democratic Republic of Congo,focusing on concessioned road infrastructure projects.
Led by Hon. Eng. Charles L. Milupi, MP (Zambia), and Hon. John Banza Lunda, MP (DRC), the meeting aims to enhance collaboration on key road projects, including:
– KolweziโSakabindaโLumwanaโKambimba Road (TOHA & SAND STONE Consortium)
– KasomenoโMwenda Road (GED AFRICA)
– SolweziโKipushi Road (MESSERS BORDERWAY CAPITAL INVESTMENT LIMITED)
– KasumbalesaโSakania Road (JIAYOU)
– LubumbashiโKasumbalesa Road (SOCIรTร DE GESTION ROUTIรRE)
The Discussions, will explore partnerships to drive regional growth and connectivity.
The focus of the discussion is also on enhancing coordination in the implementation of the concessions signed for construction of border infrastructure and the connecting roads.
Hon. Eng. Charles L. Milupi, MP is accompanied by Public Private Partnership (PPP) Council members and senior officials, including Hon. Robert Lihefu, MP, and Ambassador Paul Kosita.
