The Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development was created in September, 2021 following the pronouncement to re-ognise Government by the Republican President during the Official Opening of the 13th Session of Parliament. The Ministry is responsible for Infrastructure development and maintenance, including Housing and Urban Development. It is also responsible for public asset management, valuation and insurance of Government property.
